This is a fairly strong product and not recommended as a first time try for CBD. dosage is one rice size piece 3 times daily and is equal to 3 drops of 5% oil 3 times daily. It is recommended with CbD oil to start slowly and build up the CBD in your system until you reach a good dosage for yourself. start with one drop of 5% twice a day for 5 days, 2 drops twice daily for the next five days, 2 drops 3 times daily for the next five days etc. You should swap to this product if you find you are taking more than 3 drops 3 times daily of the 5%, then start again at one rice size piece and build up if necessary. Please note also that you may need to reduce the amount of CBD you are taking once your system has enough in it.
